You are not alone.
Common feelings when in an abusive relationship are feeling alone, being unable to trust yourself, and experiencing fear about the future. Safe Haven offers a domestic violence educational support group in English and Spanish addressing the many dynamics of relationship abuse.

Advanced Relationship Abuse Educational Support Group
This 6-week educational advanced support group is for survivors of relationship abuse who have completed a cycle of Safe Haven Ministries’ Relationship Abuse Support Group or have participated in similar programming.

Relationship Abuse Educational Support Group
This 6-week educational support group is for people who have experienced physical, sexual, emotional, verbal, financial, and/or spiritual abuse. Attendees will gain knowledge of relationship abuse and receive support in a safe & confidential environment.

Relationship Abuse Virtual Support Group
This 6-week interactive educational support group is for people who have experienced emotional, physical, sexual, verbal, financial, and/or spiritual abuse.

- Emotional and verbal abuse
- Effects on children
- Self Esteem
- Characteristics of abusive individuals
- Spiritual abuse
- Patterns of abuse
- Plus other important topics; including financial literacy and legal issues
Throughout the year, we also offer various speciality groups
Individuals will learn from an experienced group facilitator while also having the option to share and hear from others who have had similar experiences. Group support can be a powerful tool in reducing the sense of shame, confusion, and isolation.
Childcare is provided so parents can attend.
